மேற்கண்ட ஓய்வூதிய விதியின்படி

மத்திய அரசுப்பணியில் 25 ஆண்டுகள் சேவை 

முடித்த அல்லது ஓய்வு பெறுவதற்கு இன்னும் 5 

ஆண்டுகள் மட்டுமே சேவை உள்ள ஊழியர்களின்

 சேவைக்காலம் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு 

அவர்களுக்கு FORM 24 என்னும் படிவத்தில் 

அவர்களது சேவைக்காலம் பற்றிய குறிப்பு 

தெரிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். பல இடங்களில் இந்த

 நடைமுறை பின்பற்றப்படாமல் இருந்தது.

தற்போது BSNLலில் 58 வயதைக் கடந்த 

ஊழியர்களின் சேவைக்குறிப்பேட்டை ஆய்வு 

செய்து அவர்களின் சேவைக்காலம் மற்றும் 

சம்பள நிர்ணயங்களை சரிபார்த்திடக்கோரி DOT 

கடிதம் அனுப்பியுள்ளது. சம்பந்தப்பட்ட CCA 

அலுவலகங்கள் 3 மாத காலத்திற்குள் மேற்கண்ட 

பணியினை செய்து முடிக்க 

அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

  As you are aware our OA was listed as item 13. We have been granted two weeks time to file our rejoinder to the reply filed by respondent no’s 1-3. The tribunal has also issued notice on our MA seeking impleadment of BSNL as respondent no. 4. Counsel for Bsnl who was present during the hearing accepted notice of the application. The matter has now been adjourned to 8th March 2021.

Pension Adalat நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று DOT கடந்த 14.10.2020 ல் உத்தரவிட்டதை அடுத்து நேற்றைய தினம் (24.11.2020) online மூலமாக நடைபெற்றது.
மாநில சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் 47 பிரச்சினைகள் கொடுத்ததில் 19க்கு உத்திரவிட்டதாக தெரிவிக்கபட்டது. மற்றவற்றிற்கு சொல்ல பட்ட பதில்கள் திருப்திகரமாக   இல்லை. குறிப்பாக Jt. CCA திரு தக்ஷிணாமூர்த்தி அவர்களின் அணுகுமுறையும், அவர் எடுத்து சொன்ன விதமும் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு பிறகு நடக்கும் adalat திற்கு மிகவும் எதிர்பார்ப்போடு சென்ற நமக்கு ஏமாற்றத்தையே தந்தது.
பொதுவாக தலையிட்டு விளக்கம் கொடுக்கும் CCA அவர்கள் இம்முறை அமைதியாகவே இருந்தார். மேலும் கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்க அனுப்பிய Link குறித்து விவரமாக விளக்கப்படாத காரணத்தால்தோழர்கள் DG, V.ராமராவ், K.முத்தியாலு கலந்து கொள்வதில் சிரமம் இருந்தது. மிகுந்த முயற்சிக்கு பிறகு DG, V.ராமராவ் பங்கேற்றனர்.
தோழர் A.சுகுமாரன், STR Division செயலர் தோழர் S.சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன், கோவை மாவட்டம் தோழர் B.அருணாச்சலம், ACS.  ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
இனி வரும் adalat களில் Jt. CCA அவர்களின் அணுகுமுறையில் மாற்றம் வரும் என்று நம்புவோம்.

 TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR PENSIONERS WHO RECIVE PENSION FROM BANK OF BARODA..

  

CCA TN is taking actions of BANK MIGRATION OF TELECOM PENSIONERS drawing pension from BANK OF BARODA to SAMPAAN PENSION PAYMENT SYSTEM.
ie. CCA TN office will credit pension  payment to the Bank Of Baroda Pensioners account directly. ( Like SAMPAAN METHOD).
691 BANK OF BARODA Pensioners will be migrated to CCA TN SAMPAAN  PAYMENT SYSTEM all over INDIA. They have planned it from this November 2020 itself. So we request our Bank Of Baroda pensioners to take note of this change. 

Life certificate has to be given to CCA TN Directly and not to  BANK OF BARODA.

 Press Statement

Department of Public Enterprises today (19th) issued order freezing Dearness Allowance due to be paid from October 2020 to the employees of CPSE. It has also frozen DA up to June 2021. The stated reason is covid-19.

The Government is giving concessions to the corporates even under covid situation.

Nearly 10 lakh CPSE employees and 2 lakh BSNL, MTNL pensioners are affected by this order.

When prices of almost all  essential commodities are increasing, freezing of dearness allowance to the employees and particularly pensioners would adversely affect their purchasing power which will have impact on Indian economy.

We strongly protest against the decision and urge the Central government to withdraw the order in the interest of our economy.

இன்று (19/11/20) மத்திய பொதுத்துறை இலாகா, மத்திய பொதுத்துறை நிறுவன ஊழியர்களுக்கும், பி எஸ் என் எல் ஓய்வூதியர் களுக்கும் அக்டோபர் முதல் வழங்க வேண்டிய பஞ்சப்படியை முடக்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. அதே போல் ஜனவரி, ஏப்ரல் 21 முதல் வழங்க வேண்டிய பஞ்சப்படியையும் முடக்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. நிலுவைத்தொகை கிடையாது எனவும் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
 
அத்தியாவசிய பொருட்ளின் விலை கடுமையாக உயரும் இந்த நேரத்தில் பஞ்சபடி முடக்கம்   வெந்த புண்ணில் வேல் பாய்ச்சுவது போல் உள்ளது. இதனால் சுமார் 10 லட்சம் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவன ஊழியர்களும் 2 லட்சம் பி எஸ் என் எல் ஓய்வூதியர் களும் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  இதன் காரணமாக அவர்களின் வாங்கும் சக்தி குறையும். அது பொருளாதார தேக்க நிலைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்லும்.
 
கொரோனாவை காரணம் காட்டி இந்த முடக்கம் என உத்தரவு குறிப்பிடுகிறது. இந்த நேரத்தில் கூட பெரு முதலாளிகளுக்கு அரசு சலுகை வழங்கி உள்ளது என்பதை சுட்டிக் காட்ட விரும்புகிறோம்.
 
மத்திய அரசின் இந்த நடவடிக்கையை வன்மையாக கண்டிப்பதுடன் இந்த உத்தரவை வாபஸ் பெற வேண்டும் என வற்புறுத்தி கேட்டு கொள்கிறோம்.
