 T3 union Office in the year 2004  with V Rama Rao as President and Ibrahim as secretary with Com R Ranganathan ,P A Krishnan ,

S sampathkumar around 35 members formed an association called Bsnl Retired Employees Association.

 After few months later Chennai Telephones Comrades Com  Ambujam, Doss, sambasivam and few others also formed an organisation at Marina beach.

After Com DG retired in 2005 he became a member in pensioners union formed by telegraph Traffic division lead by V Rama Rao

similarly com G Natarajan also joined the organisation started by Chennai Telephones in 2005  after his retirement.

In 2004  one more organisation was started by Com G DHARMARAJAN at Madurai.

one more organisation was started at Salem by  Com Sugumaran Kadiresan  Etc. 

in 2006 K muthialu started one pensioners organisation in STR.

After com.  DG's retirement com Ramarao   took efforts to co-ordinate all these groups and form an organisation  for Tamilnadu circle and willingly cuddalore comrades headed by Com. KVR  agreed to host a formation Conferrnce which was  inagurated by CCA TN sri Alagarsamy a straight forward officer. Com D G as elected as president and V Rama Rao elected as circle secretary on 8.7.2007. Com.K .Muthilyalu was elected as Vice President (in absentia and his consent was obtained over phone.)

Simultneously Chennai Telephone comrades also started forming branches and com Murthy as President and G Natarajan as Circle  Secretary.

Both Chennai Telphones and Tamilnadu Circle formed  Co-ordinating committee for fighting  common cause like demand for 68.2  for bsnl pensioners also who retired prior to 1.1.2007.

For getting 68.2   coms. DG and V.Rama Rao went to Delhi and along with Chiddu Sing met Director DPE who said BSNL

retirees are not eligible. same day they met  Member (services) and DG argued  that FCI employees similar to us and Nokra case where SC gave judgemnt.That worked out and all got arrears in Lakhs and More it is worth to mention that Basic pension was DOUBLED. (of course in 2011 0nly we got the benefit.)

After Meeting Member Services on same day a meeting was arranged at CTO New Delhi by com Chiddu Sing and about 14  peope from differnt circle discussed the need to form  

an All India Assn.That meeting was attended by DG V Rama Rao from TN. Com. G Natarajan CS CH Telephone was contacted over phone for consent.

Arrangements were made for conducting FORMATION CONFERRNCE AT CHENNAI.

Accordingly  reception committre with Com. V. Ramarao as Secretary and Com Pitchai Mohanraj as President Ch Telephone. 

it was conducted well on 20.08.2009 AIBSNLPWA was formed and Com Ramarao handed over Rs 37000 balance amountto CHQ and it was the initial fund of AIBSNLPWA opening balance. 500 delegates attended....

Com. K Muthiyalu  was elected as President and  Com PSR as General Secretary were elected
