CS TN MEETING WITH JT.CCA ON 1-11-23 Dear Comrades, Good evening. Today, the scheduled meeting organised by Smt.Arulmathi Joint CCA PVA could not be held due to her urgent visit to court. However, we met Joint CCA PENSION in her chamber. 1.To solve the issues arisen due to migration like CORRECTION in DOB, AADHAR updation, mobile No.updation has to be sorted in a time bound manner. They arrange 4 grievance counters. Grievances can be settled then and there. We told this will be facilitate to help Chennai residents.They say others can send by mail or through representatives. 2.Today more pensoners are available for LC mela and more crowds in first floor. Requested to make shamiana arrangement. 3.CGHS MAPPING . Whatever application received upto Middle of October has been cleared. 4. FMA sanction: Out of 3700 applications, more than 2600 cases sanction has been sanctioned. Howver, there is a delay in arrears payment. Approxmately per month, 500 cases are being sanction. Left out 1000 FMA CASES will be cleared by Dec 2023.. 5.ID CARDS:- Out of 5000 ID cards given for printing, 500 cards meant for Chennai received by CCA OFFICE. Remaining 4500 ID cards will be supplied in a day or two. supply of cards at Chennai will be at DLC Mela at Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai.They requested us to help in issue of ID cards to individuals. Names list will be posted in their website. 6.Discussed the difficulties in manual updation of DLC in SAMPANN. Arrangement of software patch for automatic updation in SAMPANN Portal. It was replied that if AADHAR is updated or matched, auto updation will be done. We suggested during 2024, unique month can be identified for LC submission like earlier arrangement, thereby, confusion amongst pensioners mind as well as non drawl of pension can be minimised. LC submission on staggered month can be avoided. Jt. Cca told that this suggestion she will take up with CGCA. Requested for the Revision of Pension as LPD in case of TM, based on our letter. During Oct , DOT asked details of such cases. So, the file is kept pending. 7.Requested about extra inc .cases 78.2 case. Cca is not agreeing to pay with increment as there is an appeal. However, Jtcca agreed that she will get approval to revise pension as 78.2 ,%DA with holding the disputed increment which can be considered as per the outcome of the Court case by Hon.Highcourt. 8.Requested to settle all the pendings issues Coauthorisation cases of com Subramanian, Priyadharsani, Shanthi Elangovan, Sivanuramasamy, Pending FP conversion, Pension anamoly cases etc. Migration case of Mercy etc. 9.Pointed out DOB Mistakes in postal migration. Pension Revision Issue - implementation of CAT judgement 28/10 As directed by Ahmedabad CWC, CHQ did some ground work regarding implementation of CAT verdict. After knowing that Conference of India mobile Congress is being held at Delhi fom 27th to 29th Oct 2023, myself and Com P Gangadhara Rao have reached New Delhi on 25th to take a chance of meeting both Secretary Telecom & MOC. 26-10-2023 We both along with Com Anupam Kaul Dy.GS met 1. Sri Neeraj Mittal, Secretary Telecom. 2. Sri Manish Sinha,Member, Finance and 3. Sri. Ajay Kumar Sahu , Member, Services . We requested the Officers to implement the judgement of PB CAT New Delhi without preferring an appeal in High Court After going through the operative portion of the Judgement, Secretary Telecom, Commented " It would help you ". But the mindset of other officers has not changed. However, they have assured to examine the judgement and take a decision. 27-10-2023 Met Shri Ravindra Kumar Director (Pension), DOP&PW and ascertained that his office has received the certified copy of judgement from Establishment Section of DOT for their comments. He told that it is the prerogative of the administrative ministry to take a decision on implementation of CAT order. We requested him to actively involve in implementation of the same as DOP&PW is also a respondent in the petition. After inauguration of conference of India Mobile Congress by Hon'ble PM, we tried our best to meet MOC but we could not succeed during the day. CGM TN சந்திப்பு: 30/08/2023 அன்று தமிழ்நாடு CGM திரு.வினோத் அவர்களை மாநிலச்செயலர் சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் மற்றும் STR மாவட்ட உதவிச் செயலர் தோழர் நரசிம்மன் ஆகியோர் சந்தித்து பொன்னாடை போர்த்தி அவருக்கு பணி நிறைவு வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்தனர். நமது PWA சங்கத்தில் ஆயுள் உறுப்பினராக அவரை இணைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தோம். நமது வேண்டுகோள் ஏற்று அவர் நமது சங்க ஆயுள் உறுப்பினராக STR மாவட்டத்தில் தன்னை இணைத்துக் கொண்டார். அவருக்கு நமது வாழ்த்துகள். மெடிக்கல் அதாலத் நடத்தி ஓய்வூதியர் குறை தீர்த்தமைக்காகவும்... திருச்சி குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர் பிரச்சினைகள் தீர்விற்காக அவர் மேற்கொண்ட முயற்சிக்காகவும் நமது நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டோம். நமது வேண்டுகோளை ஏற்று திருச்சி மாவட்ட நிர்வாகம் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர் பிரச்சினையில் மாநில நிர்வாகத்திற்கு அளித்த பதிலை நமக்கு அவர் பகிர்ந்தார். Mapping certificate... தற்போது PPO அடிப்படையில் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படுவதால் Mapping certificate பணி விரைவாக நடைபெற்று வருகின்றது. ஏறக்குறைய 100 விண்ணப்பங்கள் மட்டும் தற்போது நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. FMA மருத்துவப்படி வழங்கும் பணி துரிதமாக நடைபெற்று வருகின்றது. SAMPANN இணையத்திற்கு மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட பலருக்கு மொபைல் போன் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை. இந்தப் பணியை விரைந்து முடிக்க வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளோம். KYP... தங்களது விவரங்களில் மாற்றம் தேவைப்படுவோர் மட்டும் KYP விண்ணப்பங்கள் அனுப்ப வேண்டும். அனைவரும் அனுப்ப அவசியமில்லை. வாழ்வு சான்றிதழ் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட மாதத்தில் அனைவரும் கொடுக்குமாறு ஏற்பாடு செய்ய ஆலோசனை வழங்கியுள்ளோம். அடையாள அட்டை DOT ID CARD... சுமார் 2500 அடையாள அட்டைகள் இம்மாதம் வழங்குவதாக இருந்தது. ஆனால் இன்னும் வழங்கப்படவில்லை. விரைவில் வழங்கிட கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளோம். இவை தவிர... தேங்கியுள்ள தனி நபர் பிரச்சினைகளும் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன. தோழமை வாழ்த்துக்களுடன்... 26.08.2023 நமது சங்க அமைப்பு தின சிறப்புக் கூட்டம். நமது சங்கத்தின் அமைப்பு தின சிறப்புக் கூட்டம் தலைவர் தோழர் S சம்மனசு தலைமையில் தொடங்கியது.350க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நமது சங்க உறுப்பினர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டனர். தோழர் T ஜெயகுமார் வரவேற்புரை கூறினார். தோழர் S கணபதி இடைப்பட்ட காலத்தில் காலமான நமது சங்க உறுப்பினர்கள் அவர்களின் உறவினர்கள் மற்றும் அரசியல் கலையுல பிரபலங்களுக்கும், தோழர் கனகராஜ் அவர்களின் நினைவாகவும் உரையாற்றிய பின்னர் ஒரு நிமிடம் மௌன அஞ்சலி செலுத்தப்பட்டது. தமது தலைமையுரையில் தோழர் சம்மனசு நம் மாவட்ட சங்க வளர்ச்சி, ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்தில் இன்றைய நிலை, நாம் எதிர்நோக்கி வரும் பிரச்சனைகள் பற்றி பேசினார். மாவட்ட செயலாளர் தோழர் M. பரமசிவன் நமது மாவட்ட சங்க அலுவலகம் செய்து வரும் பணிகள், வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் வழங்குவது, மாவட்ட சங்கம் எடுத்த பிரச்சினைகள் பற்றி விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். மேலும் அவர் சமீபத்தில் நடந்த மெடிக்கல் அதாலத் பற்றியும் கூறினார்.அதோடு அகில இந்திய சங்க வேண்டுகோள் படி இந்த ஆண்டும் முதியோர் இல்லங்களுக்கு உதவ நிதி கோரி வேண்டுகோள் வைத்தார்.நெல்லை மாவட்ட ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் சங்க கூட்டமைப்பின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் தோழர் K சண்முக சுந்தர்ராஜ் இன்றைய அரசியல் நிலை, நமக்கு மறுக்கப்பட்ட முடக்கப்பட்ட பஞ்சபடி, BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களின் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்கான அவசியம் பற்றி உரையாற்றினார். மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் S. சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் தமது சிறப்புரையில் சென்னையில் நமது அகில இந்திய சங்க துவங்கப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து இன்றுவரை நடந்த நிகழ்வுகள் நமது சங்கத்தின் வளர்ச்சி, மாநில மட்டத்தில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரச்சனைகள் CCA வுடன் விவாதித்து தீர்க்கப்பட்ட பிரச்சனைகள், CCA அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள ஆட்பற்றாக்குறை பற்றி விரிவாக கூறினார்.மேலும் சம்பான் மாற்றத்திற்கு பின்னர் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் சந்தித்து வரும் பிரச்சனைகள் அது களைய எடுக்கப்பட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள், நிரந்தர மருத்துவ படி, அடையாள அட்டை வழங்குவதில் உள்ள காலதாமதம் அதை நீக்க எடுக்கப்பட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள் பற்றியும், ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்தில் இன்றைய நிலை, சொஸைட்டி விவகாரத்தில் நாம் எடுத்த, சந்தித்த பிரச்சினைகள் பற்றியும் விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். தோழர் நயினார் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் உடனடியாக அமுல்படுத்த வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்தினார். 21.08.2023ல் நடைபெற்ற மாவட்ட செயற்குழுவில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள் பேரவையில் ஒப்புதல் பெறப்பட்டது. மூத்த தோழர் ஆலோசகர் T. ஆவுடைநாயகம் நன்றி கூற கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.
